Anton Burger was admitted as an attorney in 1993 and granted right of appearance to appear in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court in 1996. He has experience in debt collecting, divorces, ante-nuptial (marriage) contracts, civil litigation (both Magistrate’s and High Courts), drafting of contracts, new company registrations, creation of trusts, drafting of wills and winding up of deceased estates, to name but a few.
