The Firm’s areas of practice include Criminal law, Civil law, Labour law, Wills and Estates, 3rd Party matters(RAF,Medical malpractice etc), Debt Collection, Commercial law, Drafting of Legal Opinions and Contracts as well as Mediation in all its forms.  Due to the high cost of litigation and the congested court roles, we saw the need to attend a Court-Annexed Mediation training through the Law Society and have since made our primary focus on prompt, reasonable settlement of matters, through mediation, with the main objective to limit costs, time and stress relating to litigation affecting the parties involved.
